Rosey's Love Story With Fossil Watch

I  first fell in love with Fossil watch few years back when my brother gave me one as a gift (souvinier) from his worktrip to Canada.I was over the moon observing my first lovely Fossil watch which came along with a pretty designed square shaped tin box.I recognized it to be standing out from the rest of brands I've come across for how it is presented in beautiful package to its deserved owner.My first Fossil watch had been a leather strapped with red hearts design on it along with gold colored clock.Young & vintage look for 'the once young Rosey' in her 20's.

Moving forward,I had even selected another Fossil wristwatch which to me was just the perfect pick as part of my aqad hantaran gift from ehem Hamzah's father (off course back then when we got married).It was metallic silver one with lovely stones that came off as if two-in-11 kind i.e bracelet & watch! I was especially drawn to have this for myself looking at the square shaped clock together with well wrapped around little stones.I remembered wearing it regularly as it was a very special watch design to me.

I know that for women,wrist watch is pretty much an essential accessory for the overall complete look with our outfits.It adds a certain feminine touch which obviously at same time proves to be useful in providing us time 😊

Hello,blog!It's Been A While :)

Salam readers (anyone out there still visits here?)

Life has kept us busy.Superbusy.All the ups & downs,the funnies & the tears.Yet Rosey & Hamzah is still going strong in our own ways.

At this moment ummi is on my way to work via erl.Hamzah is safely back at pre school after over a month holiday staying aunty Murni's home with ummi to tc while she & family away in UK.

Feels good to be home.Here & in real life our home.

Though it's tiring.Alhamdulillah.Allah is still giving us the strength & abit of happinesss here & there to go on with life.

It Has Been A Month For Us

Hamzah until now have not realised because you are still too small & young to understand nenek has passed away to return to Allah.You still often mention nak jumpa nenek,nak g umah nenek. All ummi can say for now to you is that nenek takde kat rumah :'(

Inshaa Allah when Hamzah grow bigger you'll learn to understand better.Even on the day nenek passed,a month ago.You were sad & restless mostly cried because you didn't understand what was going on while ummi busy helping to prepare nenek.You only observed & said "nenek tido" when she was being laid on bed at home before we head to mosque.

Ummi just thought in this special post we make a simple reminder of how nenek had been much in presence in our life & that i know she had really loved us both especially Hamzah :')
Inshaa Allah i will keep more photos of us with nenek here posted here soon.
We still miss you nenek,love you always.

Hamzah & Ummi On Mother's Day 2013

Hamzah hadiahkan ummi sekuntum bunga mawar yang harum wangi & lovely Mother's Day card. Spent most of the morning till early eve at KLCC for lunch & jalan-jalan layan Hamzah tgk toys at Toys R Us & Mothercare. Hamzah's wishlist now: tricycle.
Hope to hunt one soon.

Mother's Day 2013 turned out simple but nevertheless meaningful day for ummi.Perasaan gembira menjadi ummi,walaupun under appreciated.But its a wonderful feeling all the same.

Hamzah is Three!

Salam to our readers.
It's been a while we know. Life has always been hectic between ummi working and managing routine with Hamzah growing up daily.

Exhausting? Definitely.

But it's all well & a wonderful blessing from Allah SWT as it teaches maturity and abundance of new strength for ummi & Hamzah to endure in our life spent together. Ummi may not be a perfect mother but I am doing best I can. Ummi believe with our given current situation in the past more than two years...one word to describe it.
Alhamdulillah. We have always been under Allah SWT's care :-)

There is always alot of stories to share on Hamzah's progress. However sadly I don't always have the time(and energy) to post it here. Nevertheless,memory keepsake encourages me to write this entry to update on Hamzah's little birthday do I organized few weeks before 29 April 13. Family & few dear friends & colleagues joined us. I organized it at my favourite chalet of Cyberview Lodge & Resort Cyberjaya where we checked in for a night stay. Simple balloons for deco,lovely buttercake with buttercream frosting adorning Barney theme which is one of Hamzah's favourite dinosaur mascot & i ordered my favourite nasi lemak bungkus catered specially for the event.To top it off i complemented it with KFC fried chicken. We had fruit punch for beverage. Thank you to all who came,terlebih terkurang harap maafkan saya. It was very hectic day prep mostly on my own that day.

It's been a long while since i last updated.Im sorry!Life has been busy for a single parent like me to juggle between work commitment and taking care managing my son Hamzah.

Alhamdulillah now its 01 January 2013. 2012 has left us with all sorts of wonderful memories,lessons to learn and most important of all the chance for me to raise up Hamzah healthy and well,praise to Allah SWT. Ummi will continue to strive better as a ummi to Hamzah,pray for Allah SWT to ease on my hardships and give me more strength to cope on my duties as ummi,daughter and sister as well as a worker :)

Hamzah on malaysia day

Salam sayang buat anak ummi,hamzah :) Alhamdulillah since in the past 2 weeks u were not well due to fever & chesty cough after few series of visit to doctor & 2 paeditricians u've shown good recovery.Although hamzah cepat sembuh demam tp coughing took longer sampai hamzah vomit everyday nk keluar kahak & include food,drink & milk.Once start bg suitable meds & inhaler br hamzah stop vomit & cough less.susu & mkn minum jd teratur balik for u.
Inspite of those weeks not feeling well,u've always shown great bubble of energy & strength to play & explore the whole day.makin nakal,makin cerdik.alhamdulillah jg hamzah adapting well at taska has shown positive signs of ur interest to play with other children & much improvent in your speech developement.Everyday i pick u up frm taska u'll smile & chuckle:)

On Malaysia Day last sunday ummi bawa Hamzah jalan2 at O' Briens & u enjoyed its potato chips very much :)










On different occasion,we went for tutti frutti yogurt icecream treat for ummi's birthday :)

Us Taking Care Of Each Other

Salam sayang buat anak ummi,Hamzah :) Sehari dua ni ummi tend to think more of the fun things we do.Weather has been hot lately so ummi made a point to berendam dengan Hamzah dalam outdoor pool Hamzah yang besar Uncle Am & Aunty Zid hadiahkan tu at back area space of our home once a day. Hamzah memang enjoy always berendam mandi sampai dah jadi macam routine biasa which means nowdays Hamzah seldom and tak berapa nak mandi dalam bathroom (tapi if keep on pujuk biasa Hamzah tak kisah sgt mandi jugak dalam bathroom). Ummi wished I had focused earlier to train Hamzah learn to swim since you were newborn tapi somehow tak terfikir that time.Seems like its a trend nowdays some parents prefer ajar their child swimming since umur 1 bulan.InsyaAllah,one day ada masa lebih sesuai we'll enrol Hamzah for swimming lessons.

That aside,ummi teringat about what happened two nights ago which was totally unexpected tapi alhamdulillah,ummi very happy Hamzah dah pandai observe more what's around you and Ummi sentiasa doa biarlah Hamzah pick up hanya ilmu yang berguna you see around you. It reminds me of how Ummi hope we both will learn to take care of each other as we go on live our life sama. We slept early two nights ago,tapi ummi terjaga in the middle of the night sedar-sedar my blanket dah misplaced ke tepi.Dalam keadaan separuh ngantuk tu ummi tengok plak Hamzah elok-elok tersenyum duduk sebelah ummi and gelak tepuk-tepuk perut ummi then pass ke ummi your blanket utk ummi pakai ;') Lepas tu terus Hamzah sambung tido balik.

AAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWW ummi find it so sweet gesture Hamzah,anak soleh ummi insyaAllah. First time ummi find Hamzah have that gesture.Masa Hamzah younger than two years old dulu ada one time ummi ingat jugak pukul 3 pagi Hamzah terjaga tido rasa tak selesa mild fever and sebelah peha Hamzah mula bengkak due to the previous day Hamzah kena immune injection. You refused to sleep since in pain tak selesa so ummi bawa jugak Hamzah nak gi hospital to check.Tapi somehow halfway journey Hamzah calm down relax sikit and takde nampak serious indication we decided to head home again and ummi bagi Hamzah panadol syrup to ease your discomfort bring down temperature.Soon enough Hamzah dapat tido balik and a few days after recover completely.

We are around for each other and to take care for each other insyaAllah.Ummi sayang Hamzah always.

Hamzah at near 2 years 2 months old

Salam sayang buat anak ummi yang soleh,Hamzah. Just a quick post ummi nak jot down on your developement.Ummi can't help but to keep this as part of your progress journal while you are growing up sebab  it's always amazing to observe how fast you learn new things around you.

Speech progress Hamzah includes new words:

• correct words-hamzah sebut:
• duduk-duk
• masak -sak/masak
• hensem boy-hensem boy (ni yg paling best dgr hamzah ckp)
• upin-ipin-apin/sapi (rajoo's cow)
• barney-ni
• elmo-mo
• tak-tak
• sedap-sedap

• tido-tido/do
• kasut-asut
• selipar-selipar
• belum-belum
• mandi-di
• ball-ball
• satu-satu
• tiga-tiga
• six-six

These words yang ummi betul-betul ingat,the more i obverse then i'll update lagi. Hamzah makin pandai cuba uruskan diri sendiri macam pakai kasut sneakers/selipar sendiri tanpa bantuan except you haven't learn nak fasten the velcro strap on your sneakers.Hamzah practise pakai/buka seluar sendiri.

On another note, just something to share with Hamzah. Hopefully in your eyes on top of Ummi juggle these responsibilities for Hamzah,you'll realise and learn to appreciate the efforts and sacrifice we go through untuk besarkan Hamzah as best as we can. There are quiet moments when Ummi feel the heavy burden on my shoulders to be mentally,spiritually and physically strong in coping motherhood and I cry alone (except few rare times in front of Hamzah before we sleep and Hamzah tak faham why ummi cry instead Hamzah gelak-gelak tepuk-tepuk ummi) tapi at the end of the day Ummi amat bersyukur Allah SWT tempatkan ummi di antara golongan ummatNya yang terpilih untuk memegang tanggungjawab sebagai parent sebab hakikat sebenar Hamzah penyeri hidup ummi and sebahagian semangat ummi untuk terus hidup. Dalam post ni ummi sertakan satu reminder untuk Hamzah,di harap Hamzah baca this post in the future so you'll know how rewarding it will be as well untuk Hamzah doakan pada Allah SWT segala kebaikan for your parents just like how Ummi sentiasa ingat ke Hamzah and sertakan dalam my doa's. 

A quirky but truthful description of an ummi's roles towards Hamzah and indeed I would do anything insyaAllah within my capabilities for Hamzah.

Reminder for Hamzah,jangan lupa doakan your parents always.Ummi sayang Hamzah sehingga akhirat insyaAllah.

Hamzah & 2nd birthday

Salam sayang buat anak ummi yg soleh,Hamzah :) More than a month have passed after you turned 2 and ummi seldom update your progress in between.Bukan ummi xperasan whats happening to you tapi xsempat nak properly pen down my thoughts & observation.Ummi jarang ada mood sesuai to write here in between my busy days tapi i'll still try when i can.

2nd birthday party Hamzah ummi organized as soon as my final semester exam over.It turned out quite well as planned alhamdulillah with many thanks for those who helped with energy,time & financial contribution to chip in.Rezeki Hamzah sentiasa ada insyaAllah.

Unlike your first birthday party,this party comes with a theme and its after your favourite Sesame Steeet monster,"Elmo".Ummi hoped Hamzah had fun time during your birthday event eventhough at times you looked rimas sebab ramai guest datang invading your comfort space@tv hall ;) Thank you to all who showed up with birthday presents for Hamzah.
